Privacy Policy
This privacy policy applies to the Lindo Padel app for mobile devices and the lindopadel.es website (together, the "Service"), created by Pavel Remizov (the "Service Provider") as a commercial service. The Service is provided "AS IS".
Information We Collect
Information you provide or that comes from the sign-in provider you choose (Telegram, Google or Apple):
- your name and profile picture;
- your email address (Google, Apple — it may be a hidden Apple address);
- your account identifiers (user ID, Telegram ID);
- the city you select in your profile (the Service does not request your device location);
- photos you upload, chat messages, comments and game descriptions;
- game and tournament results, rating, level and statistics.
Information collected automatically:
- screens you open and actions in the Service (usage analytics);
- error and crash reports;
- device model, operating system, app version, an anonymous device identifier and the push notification token.
How We Use Information
- to run the Service: your profile, games, tournaments, rating, photos, chat and notifications;
- to fix errors and improve the Service;
- to contact you about your account and important changes.
We do not sell personal data and do not use it for advertising. The Service does not track you across other companies' apps and websites.
Visibility to Other Users
Your name, photo, rating, results and game participation are visible to other players, as this is the purpose of the Service. You can limit the visibility of your profile in Settings → Privacy.
Third-Party Services
Data is processed only by the services needed to run the Service:
- Hetzner (servers and photo storage, EU);
- Supabase (database and profile pictures);
- Vercel (website hosting);
- PostHog (usage analytics, EU);
- Swiss-Knife (usage analytics and crash reports);
- Expo, Apple, Google (push notifications);
- Telegram, Google, Apple (sign-in).
These services have their own privacy policies.
Data Retention and Deletion
We keep your data while your account exists. You can delete your account in the app: Settings → Delete account. Access to the account is closed and your name is no longer shown; game results and messages remain in other players' records without your name. To request deletion of other data, write to support@lindopadel.es.
Children
The Service is not intended for persons under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16; if we learn about such data, we will delete it. Parents or guardians can contact us at support@lindopadel.es.
Security
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS). We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect it.
Changes
This policy may be updated. The current version is always published on this page; continued use of the Service means you accept the changes.
