These terms apply to the Lindo Padel app for mobile devices and the lindopadel.es website (together, the "Service"), created by Pavel Remizov (the "Service Provider"). By signing in to or using the Service, you agree to these terms.
The Service
Lindo Padel helps padel players find games and tournaments, track results and rating, view photos and communicate. The Service is provided "AS IS" and may change, be interrupted or discontinued.
Your Account
You sign in with Telegram, Google or Apple. You are responsible for your account and the security of your device. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
User Content and Conduct
You are responsible for the content you post (messages, comments, photos, descriptions). There is zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. It is prohibited to:
- insult, harass or threaten others;
- post hate speech, sexual, violent or illegal content;
- post spam, fraud or other people's personal data;
- upload content you have no rights to.
You can report content or a user and block users in the app. Moderators review reports as soon as possible: objectionable content is removed and the violator may be blocked. You can also write to support@lindopadel.es.
Rights to Content
You keep the rights to the content you upload and allow the Service to store and show it to other users within the Service. Tournament photos may be published by organizers and photographers.
Intellectual Property
The Service, its design and trademarks belong to the Service Provider. Copying, modifying or extracting the source code of the Service is prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
The Service Provider is not responsible for games and tournaments organized by users and clubs, for information provided by third parties, or for losses caused by the unavailability of the Service. Some features require an internet connection; your mobile operator's charges apply.
Termination
You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time (Settings → Delete account). The Service Provider may restrict or close access for violations of these terms.
Changes
These terms may be updated. The current version is always published on this page; continued use of the Service means you accept the changes.
